I completed the course yesterday afternoon and still do not have my course completion certificate. I immediately contacted 360 support and no one has contacted me back. So that is very frustrating. In addition, I have used VanEd for the past 20 years and was normally pleased with my experience. Not pleased with 360Training. My 4 credit Vaned courses normally would take me 3.5 hours. This 4 credit 360Training course took me 7 hours. Too much material with a lot of it redundant.

This course is the worst I've taken from you! So many grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors. Obviously written using AI. NAR Settlement stuff is completely missing. You even have test questions on material not yet covered! You've lost my trust with this course, and know that I have referred it to NAR for audit.

Don't like that I cannot download or copy and paste the course to my computer for future reference. Cannot underline or highlight important information. Not good customer service.

I took a class that was on your website and then I get told oh it should’ve been removed back in July. Their resolution is just to say oh you can take another class and we won’t charge you. But what about all the time that I spent taking the original

The program timed out after 3 hours. The page that required the answers to be dragged from the right to left did not function and the next button was not available. I spent a long time with support to move to the next page. The 4 hour class took more than 5.5 hours to complete. Tried to download the certificate and had to contact support to find out that it would not be available for 48 hrs. Worst class in 40 years as a Broker.

Where to begin? Everything is poor. Questions are asked before the material is reviewed. Some question material is never reviewed. Questions are asked with multiple correct, you have to pick the right correct one. Course is full of unnecessary material. Customer service always responds after waiting a day and provided no help to resolve issues

The product did not have a good value . One and done with no chance to review the questions after. It’s a scam

SNOOZE FEST! Almost 100% positive that this course is designed to make you repeat it and pay to take it over and over again. Absolutely no engagement with students and reading paragraph after paragraph becomes hard to ‘keep up.” I wish I had gone with another company for my 135 hour sales course.
