Thank Nanci, our hair is pure human hair, very high quality, extremely comfortable, you can cut, wash, dye and heat style without worrying about the quality, you can absolutely use them for 2-5 years. Thank you for choosing

The quality of the hair is beautiful but I only received 18 pieces not 20 which is the amount that is stated on the order this is very disappointing seeing I paid for 20 pieces

First of all, thank you for your compliment on the product quality, this is our top priority, 100% human hair, high quality. Each invisible tape in the product is made 31.5" long and cut into 20 pieces, because it is handmade, there may be some flaws in the production or packaging. Before sending you 2 pieces for compensation, I hope you can check it again, if possible, please send us pictures/videos. Hope that will satisfy you, thank you!
