I love this machine; I bought it in 2025 but only recently started using it on the area that interests me most—my underarms. After just one session, hair growth was reduced by up to 80%. It is quite uncomfortable, though, but that just means it’s working. I suppose I also have the ideal profile for it to work most efficiently: very dark hair and very fair skin.

They are very shady. They didn't allow for my broken item to be returned, so I had to go through Mastercard to get my money back. Then they said to send it and they would reimburse the postage, which they are not responding to me about. Finally the contact number they gave me is wrong. Avoid this company - super dogdy
