So far, Fysin Hair’s customer service has been terrible. I ordered four packs of 18-inch Water Wave crochet hair on October 12, 2026. I have emailed them before and after placing my order, sent text messages, and even called—just to get an estimated delivery date. Their website claims orders are processed within 0–2 days, yet this is day three, my order is still processing, and I have received no response. Will give an update. UPDATE: Fysin Hair finally responded and shipped my order on October 16. Tracking now shows that the package has arrived in New York. I’m relieved that it is moving and will update my review again once I receive and inspect the hair.

Hair is holding up very well. It was perfect for my birthday in bali.

The hair was so nice and soft straight out the box. I used 4 packs because I have over 180 locs but I still had extra hair to keep to the side. The hair is definitely true to length and very thick and doesn’t shed. I’ve had this in for 2 months so far I’ve even washed it and it’s still amazing!

This is clearly your sign to buy from them. I got the 26inches half Wig Burmese curly. The hair is perfect. It's been a moment I'm wearing it. It's easy to manage and it clearly doesn't shed a lot. Also it came so fast I was impressed. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT!!😍😍

Buyer beware!! think again before purchasing a lace wig from this company! ..they sent me a completely different a lace wig from what they advertised on their website. They play games and never answer their business phone. When I contacted them within the 30 day return window, they offered me a refund for the full amount I paid, or they said they would send me $20 cash refund and I keep the wig ..bs.why in the hell would I send back a unworn wig I paid close to 170 bucks for $20. The reneged their offer to send me a full refund instead writing me a fake a$$ apology.. complete rip-off. never again
