Elsa and the Vancaro team has worked with me and getting my fiancé her ring. At first I went off the limb and got her one not knowing her size, got the ring and of course wayyy to small, and she is actually an 11.5 and the size only went up to ten but they custom fit it and worked with me, and just absolutely wonderful service for my fiancés engagement ring and definitely will be referring and buying more of their other products

This has been an experience. Elsa has worked with me to provide so much assistance, i ordered my ring and it was stuck in customs for a month and I was panicked about receiving it on time for a special day. Elsa was able to send out a second ring and they both arrived on the same date with about an hour to spare for our vacation. They are both wonderful quality but one will be returned as only the one was ordered. They have been fantastic and provided wonderful customer service and helped keep me sane.
