I USED THIS COMPANY FOR THE FIRST TIME 2 WEEKS AGO FROM NYC TO WASHINGTON DC. THEY MADE ME PAY FULL FARE FOR A ONE YEAR OLD CHARGE WHICH WAS $80 FOR A ROUND TRIP ON TOP OF THE $80 THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR ME. MY CHILD WAS SITTING ON MY LAP THE WHOLE TIME AND NEVER USED THE OTHER SEAT THAT I PAID FOR!!!!! THIS IS A SCAM. CHILDREN ALWAYS HAVE REDUCED FARES NOT ADULT FARES. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!

Been using vamoose for years, the drivers are great and they are a really organized company; however, I think that the prices are getting a bit too steep.

I like the ease of boarding buses: a single line, able to board by name alone, and friendly staff who are really helpful. Booking is easy and customer service is friendly. I'm a big fan of the American University discount. I love using Gold Bus service as well when I can. I've rarely been delayed on Vamoose (twice in probably 60 to 80 rides to date) and when I have been, I've been reimbursed or compensated.
