My experience was amazing
My experience was amazing. I had a little mix up and contacted the company and they immediately processed a new order with no charge and shipped it out. I could not be happier with the customer service i received from the company and especially Kenzie Kraemer

Fast shipping/low prices but the COAS…
Fast shipping/low prices but the COAS can't be verified and don't match the products shipped. If I'm injecting into my lab rat I want to be absolutely certain of what it is and dosage is correct. So it's a No Go for me.

Hi Darlene, We appreciate the feedback on shipping and pricing, but we’d like to correct the record on the COAs. Every product we ship is third-party tested, and we’ve reviewed the testing documentation against what went out — it corresponds correctly. We’re confident in that. That said, we’d rather show you than argue about it. Email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll send the COA for the exact batch you received, plus the testing lab’s information so you can verify it independently. If something genuinely doesn’t line up after that, we want to know about it — but we don’t believe that’s what happened here. Kenzie Value Research Labs

Amazing results and fast shipping
