Because my order was missing the Bac Water, I was not able to start my peps this week. I have to wait another week to start. So at the current moment, I am not a happy customer.

I was so hopeful this company would be as great as all the reviews I had read. So I placed an order nothing to big but not small either. I was told a shipping date which was perfect for my timeline. I needed them to arrive before I depart for a trip. Well after placing my order, UPS gives me a different shipping date. Of course I reach out to the company and am given nothing but excuses no resolution at all. Because I needed my order I decided to move my flight to the next afternoon. Hoping my package would arrive in the morning. That was a mistake because here I sit with no package and now having to change my travel plans again. Either way I am losing money I lost a night of my hotel because now I'm having to leave a day later or if I didnt change my plans I would have lost what I had paid for on my order because it would have just sat outside in the heat for a week. So much for believing the rumors about how great customer is. Cant speak to much on the products because I STILL haven't received them.

My AOD 9604 has jelled up in both bottles? Ive never had an issue like this before. I tried speaking with customer service after a few messages the completely stopped messaging.

The delivery has still not happened. Completely unacceptable as they claim 2 day delivery. Will not order again from this supplier.

The shipping is terrible. My experience is always late maybe its on the shipper but ultimately its on VRL…. The product is fine.

Upon purchasing my vials of peptides, which included well over $400 worth The website stated by two viles and get one free alongside all the discounts When I received my package, there was not an extra vial/vials per the website statement (they only sent me what I purchased) This is the only reason why I bought so much because it was “buy two get one free” Upon further contacting customer service, they stated that “you have to buy three vials to get the third for free” which makes no sense when you buy two you should get one free. So be aware of this when you are purchasing.

Ordering and delivery were great. However they do not print the batch number on the vials. This is a red flag. I won't be ordering from them again.
