Order arrived with 2 broken vials and 1 with seal broken, sent an email and called seral times with no response! packing could be much better to prevent this

I made an order and although the shipping time was fast, my order was incomplete, missing 8 whole vials of retatrutide glp3. I sent an email and after multiple days... no response.

shipping was a bit long …but i made sure to order in advance as to not run out of meds…i ordered the next “step” of reta…im not feeling any effect … the food noise has not been muffled …starting to doubt strength or if it is really a glp?????

I've been waiting 7 days for a order promised 3-5 frustrating 😤

One of my bac waters came broken and my whole order was wet I hope my other vials were not affected by this.

all of my peptides came in a plastic bag non protected. in the past they came in the hard plastic carts. shows lake of care and poor representation of professionalism. looks like someone just threw them in a bag and noot thinking what could happen during shipment. makes me think how trustworthy is this company.

Did not receive all of my product. They quickly placed replacement order. However, the replacement package hasn't moved since Sunday. Replacement order filled on the 9th, dropped at the UPS store on the 11th. No new scans since the 11th.

I have not received it yet I I am filing a claim with UPS as we speak. Hopefully, I can get it resolved and get my package.
