Value Research LaboratoriesReviews of valueresearchreviews.com

It is simple to navigate through Value Research Laboratories website. They have quality products that come at a good price. It’s even better when they provide the extra discounts such as: Buy two, get one free promotion. I’m glad I don’t have to purchase BAC extra water. BAC water is automatically provided with purchase. Service is prompt.

Very reliable company. And the products and top tier. I would recommend them to anyone.

Quick shipping and great quality. Very impressed with this company. We have placed several orders and very consistent.

Easy website navigation, easy payment with multiple options. one of my items was left out of last order I contacted them and promptly sent out the missing item. Kenzie was great to work with.

Easy ordering and great customer service

This is my second order from Value Research Labs. My first one was a small test order to see if the shipping was as stated and product was of good quality. I’ve received both my orders 2 days after placing the order. While conducting my research I have found all products to be effective and of high quality.

This was my first time ordering from Value Research Labs and it has been a nightmare. First, my order did not ship same day. Second, they took it to a UPS Store to drop it off where is sat for a couple of days. I was told it would be delivered on Tuesday. After it sat in Florida for 2 days, I was told it would be delivered Wednesday. On Wednesday, I was told it would be delivered Thursday. On Thursday, they said it was delivered but it was nowhere to be found. I have been in contact with customer service and that has been very disheartening. Their advertisements talk about speedy responses. NO ONE has offered to replace the shipment or issue a refund. UPS is investigating and they say I have to wait 8 business days. Value Research is not standing behind their advertising or promised. They charge you a $7.95 for "Route Shipping Protection" and they will not say what that is for. I paid $187.93 a week ago and I still have no product and no idea when or if I will receive anything. Very disappointing. I really feel like I was scammed.

Value Research Labs is very communicative. They gave me a tracking number through UPS and I received constant updates on my order status. My order was fulfilled, shipped and delivered in 3 days. The vials are clearly marked and the product is great quality and I can see visible results.
