My order was wrong I ordered GLP2and they sent me a GLP3 .

I have ordered twice from this company. Both times I received my orders within three days. I had a question and received a response within fifteen minutes. So far the product has worked as expected.I am happy with this company and would recommend it.The prices are amazing also.

Their bac water was unlabeled and arrived hot. I ordered a few peptides and I only got one little bottle of bac water that was unlabeled and unsafe. I emailed them about it and they said sorry about that but good luck to you in other words I don’t care about customer service. I’m never going back! buyer beware.

I made an order and although the shipping time was fast, my order was incomplete, missing 8 whole vials of retatrutide glp3. I sent an email and after multiple days... no response.

As of right now my vials are in the freezer waiting to be reconstituted. The customer service has been great and got shipment updates daily. I’ve already recommended Value Research to multiple people and they will continue to get all my peptide business!!
