OH My Gosh! I first bought carbon pads (thinking my usual green plastic ones might not be in stock for a long time all the shortages happing around the world). But then, my green ones came back in stock. So asked if I could exchange. They offered to let me keep the carbon and giving me a year long credit for them to purchase what I prefer. SO NICE! This is a family owned company - they've always been super sweet!!!!

Website is user friendly. I have no problems finding the products I am looking for. The prices are usually less, or comparable, to other sites.

Good quality merchandise. Customer support is REALLY great. We have had questions when trying to find or order something and a helpful reply will come back very soon.

My order came in a timely manner and my pups really liked your product. Will order from you again!!

These wee wee pads are wonderful.Come in all sizes and certainly do the trick for my pad trained dog. Thanks!

I recently ordered a box of Triple Braided Beef Cheek chews and Valuebull Beef Collagen Sticks. The time to fill and ship the order was fantastic, as always. I foster puppies and I really like the Beef Cheek chews for them. They are not as hard as a bully stick and are much more economical. I also liked the Collagen Sticks for my personal pets. They last longer than the small rawhide treats I sometimes buy but are less expensive than bully sticks.
