Since we had issues getting our dogs favorite treat, cows tails, from our local store, we found them at Value Pet Supplies online. We bought 5 pounds so we would not soon run out. Diapers are very confusing to buy. You call wraps diapers. 2 times I have ordered diapers and got wraps what we call belly bands. Very confusing. We have an incontinent little one. So we will use the wraps. But we need diapers. It is a must. I will order earlier now to allow for mistakes. Only reason you get 4 stars

While our product is still in transit (hopefully lol). I’m updating my review because Value Pet Supplies reached out to me immediately after it was posted and has done everything they can to correct the situation and make sure we don’t have issues in the future. Stellar customer service!

Ordered knee caps, cow tails among other things. The knee caps were nice, without all the fat that has been on other brands. The cow tails are assorted sizes and all but the smaller ones last a while. I have three 50-55 pound dogs who are strong chewers, so having treats that last more than a minute or two is fabulous.

First order was damaged and unusable, but ValuePetSupplies remedied the situation right away with a voucher and I reordered. The bully sticks I received the second time were great quality, thick, exactly what I was expecting. My dog loves them. We will be ordering again.
