Quick resolution
A recent shipment of carbon cat pads did not meet the quality I have received in the past. This is the first time I experienced a problem. A call to the company resolved the issue immediately. I received a full credit for future purchases and I will continue to use ValuePetSupplies.

Excellent Customer Service
The customer service team went above and beyond to help me get my order. They needed a physical address adjustment to my order delivery and when I realized it had been written incorrectly and I hadn't received the order, they promptly sent me a new order with no hesitation. I have ordered from them previously and their products are of very high quality and exactly as depicted online.
