charged my card but product was never shipped
I love their products. I placed an order and asked if it was in stock. She assured me the order would go out on Monday. Over a week later I called to inquire about my order that never arrived. The truck they were expecting a few days later never arrived. My order was already charged for over a week, and the product never shipped. I asked for a refund and they promptly refunded the money. WOW! [LOVE IT] I explained that when I place orders and they immediately charge my card, I expect the product will be immediately shipped. In this case they expect another truck in a few more days, so Ill place the same exact order later in the week.
