I received the lamb chews for Sebastian but they were very short...less than a dollar long. Unfortunately I had opened the chews already. ValuePetSupplies offered to refund the money, but unfortunately they were already opened. I used to be able to get bigger/larger chews through ValuePetSupplies but I couldn't use these because of what happened.

I placed an order but had to cancel it after it was shipped. The customer service was very helpful and quick. The person was able to inform UPS and the order was returned back to the warehouse with out being delivered to me. Thank you very much for the help.

It would’ve been much higher if the product would’ve been here as told we were told that it would be here on Friday when the order was done on the Saturday before and we still have not seen it and it’s been a week in four days I bought a group of diapers because I have puppies I had to go out and spend $20 apiece on other ones so it defeated my purpose not happy with you folks and your shipping
