I had ordered a box of x-small female dog diapers from ValuePetSupplies but after trying one of them on my dog it was apparent that they were way too small. I contacted ValuePet and asked if I could return them for a box of small size diapers. In three days I received a replacement box of small size diapers and a few days later a return label was mailed to me so I could send back the box of x-smalls. The whole transaction, from start to finish, was flawless, and I especially appreciated the emails sent to me explaining everything as it all progressed.
