Not very happy, I ordered 1200 pads and only got 600 pads. Is another shipment arriving? I have ordered in the past with ValuePet and was happy, but not happy this time. Called them and left message.

Very glad I found this company. I take care of a lot of animals so I need to save every penny I can and still have good supplies to work with. Using ValuePetSupplies I can do both.

My third order to ValuPet was bully sticks. Having no trouble with previous orders I was concerned when not received after about ten days. I received an open empty envelope from the post office (it had a coupon and business card but no sticks). The house number was incorrect and I was so upset I e-mailed ValuPet. They were courteous and professional and resent the order free of charge after a couple of e-mails and address correction. I appreciated their response and will hope the thief enjoyed them as well!
