Unhappy with purchase
I have been ordering from you guys for a long time and I have always been very happy. Thos is last order I got was not up to par. The bully sticks were so skinny. I emailed a complaint and never got a response. I have not opened the bags yet, as I was hoping for a partial refund. Please let me know how to proceed. I can return the bully sticks if necessary. Nothing opened or used yet.
