Everything was excellent except the new…
Everything was excellent except the new pricing n of course not having the product I wanted. I get shortages and product going up in price but 48% is discusting. The person that helped was wonderful and did a good job trying to explain the increase. I would hate to go elsewhere for product but now I will have to do research to see who else I might be able to get it cheaper from.

Love these male wraps but didn't have the exact ones I order. Supply chain woes I fear as well as twice as expensive.

Fast shipping, but product did not work as expected
Website was easy to use and product arrived quickly. However, the diapers I ordered for my incontinent senior dog did not fit. I measured her and ordered based on her waist measurement. I would say the product did not have an accurate description of size requirements. This was my first time ordering from this site so I can’t say much about anything else.
