Revised and then some
I originally submitted a poor review because there was a shortage in the payment that I received. To my surprise not only did I receive a phone call from the company on a Sunday on a holiday weekend, the caller was the owner himself. We spoke at length for several minutes and he very politely explained why The payment was short. Not only did this gentleman take the time to explain everything to me, he went ahead and credited me the shorted amount. I must say that dealing with a lot of companies they make you feel like you are just an account number on a ledger. However this company especially the owner made me feel like he actually cared and I was a human being not just an account number. I cannot even begin to express how much that meant to me and the gratitude I have for him and his company. Not only will I continue to only deal with his company, I will refer anybody that I can to do so as well. Thank you so much for making a difference.
