I was not aware or discussed about the fee charged to my PayPal acct of 2.39 . This was the buyers problem. Never again

Hi Susan! You agreed to our payment policy when you submitted your order. Our payment policy notes that any other payment platform may charge fees. It’s all listed, clear as day. You are mentioning PayPal, we are not PayPal. Customer submits order, gets paid, complains about a $2 fee from a completely separate entity.

On October 19, 2026, ValueCGM received my Dexcom G7 sensors, and then contacted me saying they were not going to pay me the $65 per box (6 boxes=$390) I was quoted. So, I contacted ValueCGM regarding my order because the amount they offered to pay for my Dexcom G7 sensors did not match the price advertised on their website. The website showed that my sensors qualified for a payment of $65 each based on the product/reference information and expiration date. However, after ValueCGM received my products, I was told they would only pay $30 per box. I disputed the reduced amount because I selected the product option based on the information and pricing displayed on ValueCGM's website. In response, a ValueCGM representative told me in writing that the Dexcom manufacturer had changed the reference numbers and that ValueCGM's website had "obviously not been updated since that change." The representative further acknowledged, "That is not your fault by any means." Despite acknowledging that their website contained outdated information, the company stated that it would not pay more than $30 per box and offered $180 total for my six boxes. Because ValueCGM already had my products, I agreed to allow the order to continue rather than have the products returned. This did not resolve my concern regarding the difference between the advertised price and the amount ValueCGM ultimately agreed to pay. Then, I was subsequently notified that the attempted payment from then to my bank could not be deposited. I contacted ValueCGM and provided my PayPal email address as an alternative payment method. Three days later, I followed up again because I still had not received payment for the order. Today, I also filed a BBB dispute concerning ValueCGM and their advertising a purchase price that I relied upon when submitting my products, then reducing that price after receiving them, even though the company acknowledged that its own website had not been updated and that the discrepancy was not my fault. It is now 5 days after they received my sensors, and I haven't received any payment. Don't use this company, they are scamming people. This company is trying to justify their scam by their response below. I have documented proof of their scam, so don't use this company. I didn't receive any payment for my sensors they received. They claim that my payment is on hold, but it's not. Beware!

Hello Elizabeth! Issue #1 - You submitted your boxes as retail boxes (they were not retail boxes). Issue#2 - You were paid for what your products are worth, which is the $180. Issue #3 - PayPal, Venmo, or any other payment platform is not associated with Value CGM in any way, shape or form. We offered to send your product back and you refused and verbally accepted the payment of $180. In conclusion, you submitted the products incorrectly which resulted in a lesser payment amount. You accepted payment and declined that we send your items back. Please refer to our payment policy regarding the "hold" on your funds. That does not involve our company. https://valuecgm.com/pages/payment-policy We urge everyone to thoroughly read through the website fully before an order is submitted to prevent these issues.

Being that they received my products on October 7, then couldn’t do Venmo and how to do PayPal then sent it business and it’s now on hold until November 5. I would say they didn’t do very well and I will not use them again.

We are not PayPal or Venmo and have no association with either of them. PayPal and Venmo are payment processing platforms. Value CGM is a buy-back business. Customer received their payment in full and I sent a separate payment because they complained about the "fees". Just because your PayPal account is in bad standing, does not mean we did not do our job as a company. You were paid, in full. Let's summarize this now: Customer shipped in product, they were paid, IN FULL. Customers PayPal account is in bad standing (customer problem, not a Value CGM problem).

Their "customer service" is absolutely horrible. The way they speak to customers is appalling. Lost my business.

Customer emailed demanding payment after their package had been in our possession for an hour or so. We get in hundreds of packages every day and need time to process packages and send payments. After reviewing the email, we simply explained we needed time and that this customer was not our only customer. Customer was paid promptly and in full, SAME DAY. Thank you for your business and I apologize that you interpreted a conversation over email as “rude”.

It's been 2 months and still haven't gotten a payment
customer
I have sent my extra supplies in & both times i came up short of what the web site offered & this last time they didn't pay for one my boxes i sent in saying they it was damaged however i sent them proof they were not damaged when i sent it to them second time my supplies came up damaged when they got them i do believe that they are damaging the supply so they don't have to pay.so they will no longer receive anything else from me.

I sent them the supplies to get paid for, and they were supposed to pay me by 9/10/26 and I have not been paid yet, nobody will even answer the phones.
