I'm still waiting on payment for a Dexcom G7 device, mailed in April 2025. The device was new, in an unopened box, with an expiration of more than 8 months, which the site quoted as $60. According to the emailed received after creating the "order", if I shipped it that day, I would get another $10. The day I created the order was April 20, 2025, Easter Sunday. I was able to find a CVS that was open, and they accepted the package that day. According to tracking, the package arrived at the destination on April 24, 2025. Today is June 10 and I have heard nothing from this company. I did respond to an email, asking about it. I also used the contact us form on the website. To date...crickets. I'm not sure how everyone else is getting paid, but I don't expect to receive anything. I'm glad it was only one device! I would have rather given it to someone locally that could have used it! Edit on 6/10/2025: The owner of the company called me a few minutes ago and apparently the check was mailed in April but I never received it. Since I now have a PayPal account, he paid for this order as we were speaking, including a bit extra because of the trouble. My suggestion to anyone having trouble, call the phone #, don't use the website contact form because it often goes to spam he said. So, I'm changing this review to reflect him going above and beyond to solve this. Thanks!

Very easy to deal with. Super fast with payment. Payment was made to me within the matter of minutes of them receiving the supplies that I had sent them. I will be doing business with them again for sure. This process was so easy .

This is my second time using Value CGM to sell my diabetic equipment! The website is so easy to use, you receive a shipping label almost instantly, and the pay is lightning fast (I used the Venmo option both times). I even recommended Value CGM to my dad, who used their program and he was so impressed! Thank you, Value CGM, for making at least one thing easy for diabetics, and our loved ones!
