I have used this company 5 times so far and always got paid right away when they received my items, I just had them receive an item now so hopefully I get paid quick as I need to go see my daughter in the hospital, they use to pay you the same day they received your products but now they seem to be getting lazy with checking products in and paying right away as I waited 10 days for my product to arrive, I may switch companies as I'm tired of waiting the next day to receive payment. Quality seems to be going down and expectations as well.

For those who have good things to say that’s great. However my experience with Value CGM has been not so great. Sent in my Dexcom sensors on Monday they received my box on Wednesday. Get a call that for next time do not peel off my prescription label, and that listed the expiration date wrong so what I thought I was getting I’m not. Okay that fine. It’s now Friday and still no response. Thought I was going to have a good experience, but so far I’m not. Took a chance seeing this ad in Instagram. Never again. Keep In mind I do realize they reserve the right to reject my unused sensors. They should communicate that

I'm truly at a loss for words trying to fully express how impressed I am with Value CGM. They consistently stand out as the most dependable company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. What sets them apart is their incredibly prompt payment system; I've always received my payment within just an hour of them receiving my package, and this has been remarkably consistent. There was only one instance where there was a slight delay, and even then, I was paid the very next morning. Honestly, I can't think of a single negative thing to say; their service is simply outstanding.

It pays as promised. The ups store will ship it out no problem. The money takes a while to hit your PayPal so be prepared to question if it's gonna pay and about then it hits lol

First time using the service got message package was delivered but was told one part was damaged which I don’t remember so I didn’t receive anything for that. Otherwise everything went well still waiting on payment

They are still soliciting and getting diabetic supplies but no longer paying for them. An explanation given to me by their employee today is that they spent more for the payoff than were "allowed," so they stopped paying. They expressed no apologies and no intention to either pay for what they took thus far or to return the supplies. It appears that now they are operating as a scam. This is my reply to their response. They lied about telling me about their Zelle problem and about asking me to provide them with an alternative payout service. They lied about my refusal to do so. Their stated excuse for nonpayment is lame. They never warned their customers about any purported issues with Zelle. They have never sent any emails about the unpaid transaction and pretended that it never existed and that they did not receive the supplies that I sent. Their phone stopped answering. It is still not answering and their mailbox is full. They have not returned my emails. Yet, after seeing my negative reviews branding them as a scam, my BBB complaint and facing a potential investigation of the Consumer Affairs Division of the North Carolina Attorney General, they relented and paid through the very same Zelle, which they purported was not working for them. They did not apologize. Needless to say, I will do no more business with Value CGM. My experience shows that they are mendacious and can strike at any moment under an unpredictable pretext. Essentially, they are testing your ability for a credible legal action placing their business in jeopardy. If you are careless, timid or your legal competency is less than stellar, they will rob you without a hesitation.
