I’ve been buying Valentte Lemongrass & Rosemary diffusers for quite a while and this has always been my favourite fragrance. I stocked up on several a while ago, but unfortunately the scent doesn’t seem to last or be anywhere near as strong as it used to. I’m really disappointed as I used to absolutely love these diffusers and could smell the fragrance throughout the room. Have you changed the formula or something else about the diffusers? I’d really like to know, as they don’t seem to be the same quality they were previously.

The good bits ... My order arrived promptly and robustly packaged. Customer services responded quickly and courteously to the issue I found on inspecting the items. The not so good bits ... The boxing and labelling of individual items is very poor. Cards shoved into diffuser boxes which were ripped and bent and the little sticky labels that were supposed to tell you what fragrance was in the generic boxes were either missing or applied sloppily. When I gifted one of the gift boxes, the recipient had to ask me what the contents were as there was nothing anywhere on the box to show them. I tried one of the diffusers myself in a small room with the door closed. The reach was good for about a week but quickly faded and was distinctly artificial to the point of being unpleasant.
