I love this company, the products are amazing, my favourite scent is the Lemongrass & rosemary, it fills the room. Not so keen on the Cardamom, personal choice of course.

I’ve been buying Valentte Lemongrass & Rosemary diffusers for quite a while and this has always been my favourite fragrance. I stocked up on several a while ago, but unfortunately the scent doesn’t seem to last or be anywhere near as strong as it used to. I’m really disappointed as I used to absolutely love these diffusers and could smell the fragrance throughout the room. Have you changed the formula or something else about the diffusers? I’d really like to know, as they don’t seem to be the same quality they were previously.

I brought buy 2 get 2 free, I've tried 2 so far in different rooms,And I must say there not as strong as I thought they would be,I've turned the sticks 3 times a day and get bearly any smell very disappointed 😥

Firstly , every product I’ve bought has exceeded my expectations !. The products just smell so wonderful and very importantly last ! Always receive compliments from guests who visit and can wholeheartedly recommend . Just Fab! .. Buy now ..you won’t regret it ! Personal favourite Neroli and Lemon 👍👍 Second to this but equally important the customer service is Superb ! I placed an order and made an error with my address , product returned to sender 🤦‍♀️, And without question or another payment they re-sent it to me Was happy to pay but didn’t even ask? Just fabulous customer service ! This company deserves support and success ! Regards from a very happy customer 😊😊😊

I had Valentte before and the smells are really lovely. The diffusers last a long time too. The packaging is lovely and the company are very helpful. There are always some good offers. The room sprays are great I always get comments of how nice my home smells

I ordered a gift set as a last minute extra present for my daughter in laws birthday but clicked for normal delivery not express. I contacted Vallente and asked them to amend delivery instruction and debit my card with extra cost. Charlotte could not have been more helpful and organised express delivery at no extra charge. Very happy.

I bought Valentte diffusers after I received an email offering a buy one get one free offer. I followed the link and assumed after selecting two, it would automatically send four. They didn’t, the order only placed for two at the normal price! I contacted them and received an email from Elysia stating she would sort this out and get the other two sent off to me. Would you believe, today Stacey contacts me to say they are refusing to send them as a box wasn’t ticked on the order form. The fact that I had bought them wasn’t proof enough. Shocking company, I certainly will never purchase from them again, shame as I buy a lot of diffusers…. Please be careful… EDIT: Just had Stacey telephone me… they will send out the diffusers I was expecting in the first place. She asked me to be sure to tick the boxes the next time I order. Can’t say I want to if that’s their business practice, it should be a click on the offer and you receive it…🤷🏻‍♂️

My first order arrived on time and after a few days I can still smell scent in both bathroom and bedroom. I have placed a 2nd order but submitted before applying my gift so I emailed and got a lovely reply and my candle gift has been added to my order, which I appreciated as I wanted to try the candles.
