After reading the book "Bottle of Lies" by Katherine Eban, I learned the generic pharmaceutical firm in India (and many others) that manufactured my drug, had significant manufacturing safety lapses in the past. From the small amount I understand about generic drugs really happy to know that there is a pharmacy batch testing. I do not take any vital drugs but feel better knowing the drugs I do take are independently tested.

You overcharged me 45 dollars more for my recent order and when I called to address the problem no one called me back and no credit was issued for the disparity between the two orders. Also, the number you posted to call to order refills is never answered. I called multiple times over a two day period and no one answered the phone. At the very least, if you are that busy there should be someone to answer the phone or at least have voicemail available so a message can be left so that a pharmacist or tech can return your customers calls.
