It was easy to get approved for a prescription, and the staff was very helpful. The prescription came on time, and is easy to use. I’ve already lost some weight, after only a few weeks!

Generally pleased
Generally pleased; however, I would like easier access to additional PEPTIDE products. For example, I’ve had BPC and AOD before and now your website won’t allow me to re- order.

good product, bad communication
Product is effective. Communication leaves a lot to be desired. The instructions I was given consultation before last actually negated the effects of a very expensive prescription! Went backward 3 months and paid money to do it!

Have used Valhalla > than a year but…
Have used Valhalla > than a year but last month has been a nightmare; 10/7 placed order for two 40mg vials Tirz & got a confirmation text saying allow 10 biz days. 3 weeks later no update/no product. Texting/emailing got nowhere so I made consult appt since it seemed only way to reach a live person (that seemed to light a fire). Order finally delivered today but it's only one 20mg vial. Epic fail. I texted @ 4:00 & nearly 4 hrs later still no response. UPDATE AS OF 11/1/2024: Valhalla did respond (by text) the day after I left this review and said they would send me another vial. I was confused on the dosage, which is correct. They did add VIP points to my account to use towards next purchase for their mistake in not sending the 2 vials I ordered.

Order cancelled and no refund
I placed an order and had my medical consult with a provider who was great. The prescription was processed and I was told it could take up to 2 weeks, so I was patient. 2 weeks came and went, and I asked to find out the pharmacy. Called the pharmacy directly and found out Valhalla had cancelled my order more than a week ago and never let me know or refunded my large purchase price. I have emailed and texted and received zero response and was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. [10/31/2024] I've heard back from customer service and appears my order has been resubmitted and I've also received some additional reward points. The pharmacy reports that I should receive my order early next week, and if so, I will be very pleased with the rectification (other than having to discover the issue on my own).
