I had an issue with my shipment via UPS, and customer service was wonderful to work for. They got me a new shipment out immediately.

Great so far :)
The Company is great so far. Customer service and providers are friendly and answer questions as promptly as possible. The only thing I didn't like but had to get used to is not being able to call and speak with anyone directly. Everything is done via text which I don't necessarily care for. But they are pretty responsive and answer my questions. Prices are the best that I've seen so far and allow for month-by-month purchase which is AWESOME
