Tirzepitide turned bad! Shipped not on ice.
I started with this company back in January. First 2 orders were great. The meds came in a cooler packed with 2 packs of ice. Expressed overnight. Great service.The real deal Tirzepitide. The last one I placed the order on 3/19. It wax the last day they could accept and order after tge FDA banned there meds for Tirzepitide. After 3 weeks of no medicine delivered I complained and wanted my money back. For not they are not supposed to distribute. So a few days later I get a notice it's coming from RXCOMPOUND in Miami. I'm in Florida also. It's 85 degrees here. It was put in an envelope with no ice. Not in a cooler like I paid for originally. It sat on a truck in Florida overnight and delivered 24 hours later. The package was foil inside and extremely hot!!! 85 degrees! No ice at all. No more cooler! $315 lost for me. They won't refund it so I filed a claim with PayPal. DO NOT BUY TIRZEPITIDE FROM THEM. You will run the risk of bad bacteria. I reached out to customer. You can't call them on the phone. Only through email. Response time 2 days later. They told me to use it anyway! What kind of people are you???

The fulfillment time was slightly longer due to a higher volume and larger order size, but your medication was compounded and delivered within the appropriate stability window.
