Great Option
So far, this has been a great option for me. Consulted with physician, received my meds, and have follow up with customer service. No complaints.

Love the product and shipping is fast
Love the product and shipping is fast , it come always in very safe cooler , i think communication with customer service need still some improvement. Is better than it was year ago but not 5 stars yet. More like 3

Late and not refrigerated had to throw away
Order was weeks late and came not refrigerated as required. I had to dispose of due to compromised content

Pretty standard procedure
Pretty standard procedure. Downloaded my recent labs, did a video conference with the dr two days later. Medication was prescribed/ordered and received within 10 days from date of speaking with the dr. Pretty straight forward
