Contact this company, was told I needed to pay a consultation fee of $100. I kept following up with the company asking when I should expect my consultation. After 2 days of not scheduling a consultation I asked for a refund. I receive a text message stating that if I want to receive a refund I will be charged $15 processing/handling fee will be deducted. processing and handling of what exactly? I never received a date for the consultation I paid for. Then some guy calls me trying to intimidate me over the phone. I hung up will deal with my credit card company to resolve.

Very fast and very professional. The process was confusing and the website wasnt a 10 (maybe a 6 or a 7) but they are a great company and they really do back their products up and are amazing and kind.

Oh boy where to begin here. Well first thing is everything takes AT LEAST 10 business days to get to you, i started the trt program in december, apparently after being told that i could get whatever i wanted essentially now the script that i was originally prescribed to isnt even available to me anymore. The prices were already literally more than double that of any other clinic around and they raised them even more so. They lie through their teeth to try and get you not to get a refund and to try and rob you for every dollar they can without giving a crap about you and your health whatsoever. If you tell any other doctor your aromatizing early they send you for blood work right away to determine whats wrong not charge you more money and tell you to go screw yourself if you dont have the money to pay for it. They take your money and then play around with you for weeks, it was only 2 months that i was with them and literally nothing went smooth or as planned. I had waited almost 3 weeks for my refill on my anavar and had i never said anything they would have let it run out and then they lied and one person told me they put it in the day i sent in my money like its supposed to be and them the other person told me 2 weeks after paying that they had just ordered my stuff that day when i had texted them flipping out. You will notice this a lot if you do business with them “your script was sent in last week it should be in any day” to “oh yea we had some trouble we just got it sent in” u will get different lies from different people. They lost their trt license apparently who even knows if they can actually prescribe it anymore it doesnt look like it but they were willing to take my money again and make me wait forever to find out thats for sure. Do yourself a favor and read all the one star reviews and see what we all have in common here, this company is illegitimate and is bound to be shut down any day and them ull be left hanging out to try like i am
