No one to ask questions
After completing the medical forms, I ordered a Blood Test Kit and treatment (4/26). I received emails telling me to set up my appointment at the labs. Today, 5/5, I have no idea what, if anything, to bring to the lab. Do I expect a kit? If so, what is in the kit and where can I track it? I went to the clinic and was sent away because I did not bring "the kit". Frustrating.

Hi Augusto, our team has reached out and I am glad we cleared the confusion. The blood work test you purchased does not require you to take a kit when getting blood drawn. All you have to do is go to the center and they will send your results to us. The only kit we sell that requires you to take a kit to the lab is our cancer early-detection test. Definitely frustrating and hope this clears the air.
