Easy to navigate making an appointment with the provider. New spots were available to be “seen” sooner than most telehealth services. Provider call was on time and they were able to give guidance, answer questions and send rx to my pharmacy. Great office communication and follow up.

First order was great, second order not so much still waiting on the B12 three weeks later.

Quick turnaround time on medication delivery and fast response time answering questions!

Orders are always processed and received quickly! The only issue is timely response to messages when asking a question. In one case I never did receive a response.
