No response from the doctor to provide…
No response from the doctor to provide me with a letter I can submit to my FSA for reimbursement of the consultation fee. She promised she would and never did. I need the reimbursement before I by my medication so I am confide the rest of my purchases from your company will be reimbursed.

This has been the worst experience I’ve…
This has been the worst experience I’ve had working with a virtual group. Communication has been a huge barrier as you don’t personally talk to anyone. I still have not received my medication and I ordered it almost a month ago. Would not recommend.

Super simple web-site and full of information. The doctor was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They have great communication on ordering and delivery. My medication I ordered required me to inject it with a needle. I have never used a needle before so I wish they had more instructions on how to do so, luckily I have a nurse friend that helped me.

I was embarrassed to even tell my…
I was embarrassed to even tell my friend I ordered off of this site because I was skeptical about ordering from here especially bc GLP 1 medications are so high and I did not want to get scammed , plus this is an online shop but I actually received my medication it probably took around 8 days all together. They are legit! I’ve lost 4lbs in a week so far.

Lack of Commuinication
Original order was placed on hold i was never contacted and told it was only found out after waiting a week and checking status. Order fixed and replaced still waiting on order
