Communication is terrible
Communication is terrible. Lots of boilerplate emails instead of reading and responding to my emails or texts. Asking for information that has already been provided. Long delays to inquiries during business hours.

Too difficult to navigate their site…
Too difficult to navigate their site the protocol is slow and unreliable was easier to use my own doctor and pay out of pocket for prescriptions

Highly recommend!
So far I've lost 25 pounds in 2.5 months and I'm almost to my goal weight. The initial consult was quick and painless and they took the time to listen to what I wanted and tailored the plan of care around that. They are quick to answer questions via text which works for me because I don't want to have to call and push a million buttons with a robot to have to leave a message and then get a return call. Overall, I highly recommend Valhalla Vitality's services.
