DO NOT BUY FROM Valerie Mason!
This company uses false advertising for its jewelry pieces. They look nothing like the pictures and videos that are shown on the website. They are a darker almost tarnished gold color-very ugly. There is no sparkle in any of the stones either. Again, the pieces look NOTHING like shown. You cannot return items easily. I’m on my THIRD week of trying to do so. Everything runs through China which is not disclosed when ordering. I’ve asked multiple times for a tracking number for my returns only to be told they offer me 10% off, then 20% off along with a phone number in China to call. It’s ridiculous!
