TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY!!! They will charge you extra for a "warranty" that originally says it is free on the invoice when you place your order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It's impossible to get your money back, you have to contact your bank to stop any future charges. Once you order they have your credit card number and continue to charge you for items/warranties that you did not authorize! The jewelry is not worth it, if it seems too good to be true...well you know how that goes! It's not what they advertise and then they claim you signed up for membership...WHICH I DID NOT and then they make additional charges and claim you didn't cancel in time. How could I cancel in time when I didn't sign up for a membership. DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID!!!

I will not be purchasing anything else from this company. It has been almost a month, and I still haven’t received my order. This has been very disappointing. Til this day my order still hasnt arrived.

No reply to my emails. Your website says you will respond in 2 days. It has been weeks with no reply. The sizing is off on your jewelry. I need to return my purchase. Order #26554VA. Reply with return instructions-

⭐️ Extremely Disappointed With the Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received regarding my replacement bracelet. I purchased these bracelets expecting to receive the products I paid for, but I am still missing one of the replacement bracelets. I have provided pictures and video clearly showing that the bracelet was not included in the package I received. The packages were delivered sealed, and the missing bracelet was simply not inside. I have explained this multiple times, yet I continue to have difficulty getting this issue resolved. The lack of communication and customer service throughout this process has been extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, the way this situation has been handled has left me very disappointed. I hope someone will finally take responsibility for resolving this issue.

He resolved the issue and I have now received the full $29.95 refund back to my credit card. I appreciate Alvin taking responsibility for the situation and making things right. ——————————————- Disappointing experience with an unexpected warranty charge I’m very disappointed with my experience. An additional $29 Lifetime Warranty subscription was added to my order, which I did not knowingly intend to purchase. As soon as I became aware of the charge, I contacted customer support and explained the situation. They canceled the subscription to prevent future charges, but refused to refund the $29 that had already been charged. What was particularly frustrating was that, after multiple emails, customer support acknowledged in writing that I did not knowingly intend to purchase the additional warranty, yet they still refused to issue a refund. I believe optional subscriptions and additional charges should be made extremely clear to customers before an order is completed. Unfortunately, the way this was handled left me very disappointed with the overall customer experience. I hope the company improves the transparency of its checkout process and how it handles situations like this in the future.

Been waiting for 2 months for my jewelry, contacted them every day for a whole month, no response from a real person, just an ai generated response that they’re looking into it. Tracking shows package expired a month ago and they still won’t refund me! Horrible experience, scammers and frauds! Just took my money with no way to get it back. I have reported them with Better Business Bureau and trying to cancel transaction through my bank. Be aware, don’t order from them! Merchandise coming from Hong Kong!

The Jewelry is trash. Looks cheap and everything fits big. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered two bracelets and thought I was getting a $0 warranty because that’s what the receipt said. A month later- I was charged a subscription fee and told I had: $59.90 in credit every 4 weeks — usable like cash on purchases and stackable with Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers. • Members-only collection — access to pieces that are not available in the main shop. • 48-hour early access — members can shop new product drops before they are available to everyone else. • Free shipping with no minimum purchase. • Birthday piece — members receive a complimentary piece during their birthday month. • Priority support — member emails and warranty claims receive priority handling. I tasked the customer service rep 2x how to use my credit. She ignored the question twice and cancelled my account- which is fine. But they never delivered on the 59.90 credit. I asked for them to refund my monthly fee then (same day it was charged) and they ignored that as well. This is a scam!! I’m contesting the charge with my CC now.
