Good service by Luna and good assistance.

Excellent customer service

United airlines is lucky to have Max Wilson helping travelers. He was exceptional, caring, and took time to explain and detail important detail. Makes me want to return to United for our next trip. My wife has low vision, cannot read the signs in the terminals and needed to have a wheelchair to make sure that while flying solo this time she could get to the correct gate. Max Wilson made arrangements including that she have her boarding pass. If I could I would hire him to work for my company.
