If we could give 0 stars we would. My husband contacted Dave at Valalto to set up business class flights for an upcoming trip to Peru. He came back with partial economy. When my husband requested that all legs be in business, Dave promptly wrote back "On second thought. Let’s just move on. I don’t want to work with either of you." This is the most rude interaction we've had with any travel agent and I'd strongly discourage anyone from using this agent or this business.

This company and apparently their employees are lying scam artists. I was involved in the fiasco with SW Airlines in December and in trying to get back on. They represented themselves as SW Airlines and charged me $175. for a return flight that was cancelled. SW Airlines stood behind all of the fees that I incurred (except with the scam artists) because of the problems and I will continue doing business with them. But I will let everyone know what a horrid experience it was dealing with Luna and Valvalto. Shame on you for your lies and deception.

How can this company pretend to be working for a flight agency when they have nothing to do with any major air lines? I was told by they agent that they worked for Delta come to find out they have nothing to do with Delta Airlines. When I went to Delta to transfer said tickets to Delta and the actual ticket purchased through Valalto was half of what I payed. How it it legal to falsify what company you work for? TOTAL SCAM!

The whole thing is a scam. I was told extra money is to be paid for some fees and seat assignments. When I checked the airlines the seats were assigned in September 22. I was lied about “there are only five seats …”. the seat assignments given to me NOW are the same seats assigned by the airlines in Sept 2022. I was cheated about the whole thing.

I had an accident while on vacation in the USA from Ireland in June 2022. I paid $200 to Valalto who told me this would cover a voucher for a future trip with American Airlines. Since then I have emailed their help desk multiple times with no response. I telephoned the company but no response. Then I went to their website to book a flight but the website does not function. We bought two one way tickets for JFK to Nairobi for $1783 per person for a preminum class. On checking with the airline KQ we were told that there is no such class in the aircraft seat configuration. The airline told me that the records they had indicated that we paid for regular economy of $651per person including taxes and fees and bought seats with more leg room for $150 per person. So the total was $801 per person leaving a balance of $983 per person. I called them and told me that that amount is for US and Kenya governments taxes. The owner was very orrogant Mr. Eugene Khody and told us we agreed tobay the amount and did not want to note that we paid for an upper class. It is too late to cancel the flight but they have illegally took $1960 from amount equivalent to two one way tickets to Kenya. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS SOME LEGAL ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM.

I bought a ticket through this company, which told me the price was $85, but they took $385 from the card, I called to solve the problem, they refused to return the money, and the manager who spoke on the phone sold me the ticket for $85 and $300 $ took for him, I don't recommend this company because they tell you a price but charge double as much from the card
