Hospitality of Nik Butler, was very professional in tking time to help me make best choice. Thank you!

After dealing with a highly disrespectful, unpleasant rep, then being hung up on, Max Wilson answered my second call and was of great help and was able to get my conundrum resolved. Not only did he have patience, he had compassion and an understanding that my situation was an inconvenience that was out of my control and didn't blame me for it as the previous representative did. He was able to calm my anxiety down. Very great service from him! Upstanding representative!

Grace Greenwood was so very helpful.

I am very impressed with agent Max Wison. He was professional and very helpful. He made sure to give me his info just in case I have a problem and needed help.. he was able to change my flight without any problems. I have never had such a great experience with airlines.

I couldn’t connect with the Delta helpline and Max Wilson was able to provide the flight I needed in august 2022 Very polite
