Chris Cunningham helped me with information I needed about checking in for my flight to Hawaii from Portland on Hawaiian Airlines. Thank you Chris great job!

I love working with Perry. He has all the time in the world . He has come tru right on time. I would recommend him at your next booking.

Your employee Perry Ramol made my day very blissful and great, he is the reason why myself and family have decided from now henceforth to travel all the time with Turkish Airlines. He is a problem solver, he is the kind of employee you need in your company. On Wednesday the 14th of December my wife and 2 kids were prevented to travel by a Turkish Airlines staff because my last daughter holds an American passport so she needs a Cameroon visa eventhough myself, wife and other kid are Cameroonians. He further explained that other passengers in same situation who traveled 3 days earlier were all stuck in Istanbul for 3 days so it will not be good for my wife and kids to face same problems. Feeling so disappointed and heartbroken 😞 💔 I and family drove back home then the next day I decided to call Turkey Airlines direct phone number and I was fortunate to stumbled on Perry Ramol who was able to take away the pain and frustration that occupied our hearts and put a smile on our faces and gave us hopes that our problem will be taken proper care of and my family will travel shortly thereafter.

Thank yu for all your follow ups- since I had Never used your service before- I was worried I was being scamded- until yh provided a number for me to call back& confirmed any changes. There are so many scams out there- and I didn't know how to Navigate the Airlines - it was So confusing- Yu deserve a pat on the back& I thank yu& your company for helping me purchase what was a very stressful thing for me! Thank yu
