Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We appreciate the opportunity to address them. Vakker Lighting is a legally registered business in the United States with showrooms and warehouses to serve our customers. While our primary business address is indeed 10685 Hazelhurst Dr., Austin, TX, it's important to note that we operate multiple facilities to efficiently manage our inventory and shipping processes. We understand your skepticism, and we apologize if the address led to any confusion. However, we assure you that we are a legitimate company with a commitment to transparency. The property you mentioned is one of our warehouse locations, and its availability for lease on real estate sites is unrelated to our business operations. We value your trust and want to assure you that customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any specific concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team. We are here to address any inquiries and provide the information needed to ensure your confidence in our company. Best regards, Miya

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you have experienced with your order of the Bols Outdoor Garden Lights. At Vakkerlight, we strive for clarity and accuracy in our product descriptions and customer service, and it seems we have fallen short in this instance. Your feedback regarding the lack of a power source and clear instructions is extremely valuable. We are actively working on improving our product listings to ensure all necessary information about hardware and installation requirements is clearly stated. Additionally, we will provide feedback to our customer service team to enhance the support and solutions offered to our customers. As a next step, we would like to offer you a suitable resolution. We can either assist you in sourcing the correct outdoor-rated cords and plugs needed for your lights, provide detailed installation guidance, or discuss other compensation options that may be more appropriate for your situation. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope to rectify this matter to your complete satisfaction. Please reach out to us directly with your preference for resolution, and we will make all necessary arrangements. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding. Best regards, Martin Vakkerlight Customer Service Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Vakkerlight. We sincerely apologize for the dissatisfaction you've encountered with your order, particularly regarding the light sconces you purchased. We understand that the dimness of the lights and the warping issue did not meet your expectations, and we regret any inconvenience this has caused. Our aim is always to provide high-quality products, and we take your feedback seriously as it helps us in our continuous efforts to improve. We are constantly reviewing our policies to better serve our customers and will take your experience into account in these evaluations. We also apologize if there was any confusion or perceived misleading information from our customer service team. It's never our intention to make our customers feel misled or unsupported. We strive for clarity and honesty in all our communications and will address this feedback with our team to prevent similar situations in the future. We're glad to hear that a partial refund was arranged, though we understand that this may not fully alleviate your concerns. Assembly Instructions: We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of detailed installation instructions. To address this, we do have assembly videos available on our website for many of our products. If you haven’t already, I encourage you to check these for guidance.
