The shipping took a minute, but I was informed of that up front and when I called to check on the status, the human in customer service was very helpful. The AI needs some work. Great product, just as advertised and the packaging protected the fragile object all the way from distant lands, through customs, and handling by various carriers. If you are patient, this is well worth it!

I wanted a specific light that was only available in a brass finish. We wanted a brushed nickel finish so I reached out to the support team at Vakkerlight. They were absolutely amazing! We ordered a fan to fit a very specific space and then realized it was not going to be needed. I cannot speak for the shipping or item as we cancelled the order about 2 weeks after placing it. But the response was immediate and super helpful. Would order again from them just based on the customer service experience. The wait is extensive but worth it if you get help if/when needed.
