False advertising - No Returns
The banner for the company’s website advertises “hassle free returns.” This is FALSE ADVERTISING. Returns are important when ordering a lamp because you can’t be sure of size and color fit until you see it. The company does not allow returns because it drop ships from China. In contrast, Shein also drop ships from China but allows returns. There’s nothing wrong with not allowing returns. There is something wrong with dishonesty. Businesses should be honest to customers. Vakkerlight is a dishonest company. Consumers beware.
