My lamp was unfortunately damaged in shipping, but the customer service was great. They quickly offered to replace the broken piece. After I told them I wanted to return, they quickly refunded me!

Would order again.
I am quite happy with the lamp I bought, I initially tired to order this from another retailer and it was completely different from the advertised product so I’m very glad to have found a better version! I may order another. I didn’t like the colour but it was quite true to the listing. I bought it knowing I could repaint if I wanted. The main element for me is that the glass shade is a nice organic shape with a rounded edge. I am thinking of buying another. Order took a long time but global shipping is strained at the moment. Communication was good and my lamp eventually arrived but if you are in Aus don’t expect it to be quick!

Beautiful, stylish lamps
The lamps are a beautiful addition to our home. I will suggest that the fasteners that hold the cord in place are too weak to hold it properly but this can be remedied with a rubber O ring grommet. But not so inconvenient that it wouldn't get 5 stars simply for the aesthetic value the lamps provide.

Slow Shipping but great product
Shipping was a little slow, but the lamp is great. It was well packaged, and I was able to put it together after watching the instructional videos. Love the squiggle and the pleated lampshade.

Great customer service
I bought this beautiful light which unfortunately took two months to arrive, as was described on the website. Unfortunately it broke in transit. The company was extremely nice to provide me with a full refund immediately after my request was submitted, and didn't force me to ship back this big box. I'm said that the light is broken but at least I know that their customer service is wonderful and I would certainly buy from them again.

Gooseneck Chandelier
I was skeptical when ordering.. but the chandelier showed up and it’s perfect. It looks just as I hoped it would. I had contacted them several times to track the shipment (it was stuck in the LA port) and they responded quickly every time with helpful answers. Hoping to order more lighting from them!
