Committed to their customers
I received a lamp that arrived with a dented shade. I contacted Vakkerlight which gave me several options to remedy the issue. We came to an agreement and instead of sending it back, have kept the lamp. It’s a quite unique mid century modern lamp which is why I loved it. Because of the company’s persistence to make my purchase right, my experience with Vakkerlight, all in all, has been positive.

The lighting fixtures have all been…
The lighting fixtures have all been beautiful. I’ve now ordered for five from this place and plan to order a few more for the rest of my home. One item came with a cracked piece of glass and they were very quick to replace. No questions asked. I found the support team to be responsive and helpful. You do have a very long wait time even with expedited shipping so if you need something immediately, this is not the place to order from but if you have time and patience, it can sometimes take 1 to 2 months for the order to arrive. Will definitely be happy once it comes!
