I accidentally broke one of the pieces…
I accidentally broke one of the pieces on my chandelier and reached out to customer support. They respond in less than 24 hrs and gave me multiple options to proceed. They even offered me a free replacement but understood that it could take a second to come so offered other solutions in the meantime. Overall it was just a really lovely experince and truly the nicest support team I've ever worked with.

Of course ordering online feels risky
Of course ordering online feels risky, when you can’t see or feel the item in person solely relying on description. We decided to take the plunge and love the lamp! it looks great in our space and is well made. The shipping takes longer than expected, but they do a good job of keeping you updated! Definitely Happy with the experience!
