beautiful and worth the wait
As others reported there is a long wait time as they communicate on their website BUT the light is truly beautiful quality and exactly as stated on their website. the light came packaged (for what is obviously a long oversees trip to NY) very well and customer service is prompt. worth the wait

The pendants were absolutely beautiful…
The pendants were absolutely beautiful and went perfectly in our custom built home there was a scratch on one of the fixtures and Vakkerlight took care of the situation quickly and professionally. Totally recommend for people building custom homes the savings are worth it and the fixtures are perfect.

Long shipping time but worth it!
Long shipping time but the wait was well worth it! My chandelier arrived securely packed, and even more beautiful than I imagined. It’s perfect and the alabaster glows so beautifully. Highly recommend - well worth planning for the shipping time.

Great in my experience
This company is completely legit. I've purchased two lamps from them, both of good quality. Average shipping time will be about 6 weeks since they ship from China on an ocean freighter. One of my packages was subjected to a customs inspection which caused a multi week delay but there's nothing really that Vakkerlight can do to change that. Honestly, you get what you pay for. They have some really nice expensive pieces and some nice looking cheaper pieces. If you order a cheap piece expect to get that quality. Their customer service has been great in my experience! I haven't had to make any returns so I'm not sure about that but their emails were pleasant.
