I ordered a lamp based on photographs…
I ordered a lamp based on photographs and specifications on their website. After about two months of wait, I received a lamp that was a cheap version of their images and had defects. I immediately wanted a refund because it was not what I paid for and visually looked like a $50 lamp from Walmart. I finally got my money back only after spending months with Vakkerlight 'support' and my credit card company who issued the money knowing that I was duped. Afterwards, Vakkerlight harrassed me with requests to remove any negative reviews on-line, even contacting me at 2, 3 and 4 in the morning with photos of the support staff's supposed newborn infant to gain pity. It was indeed a pityful experience.

Hi David Martinez, This is Martin from Vakkerlight. I want to clarify a few points regarding your order and the concerns you raised. Our records show that the product you received had no quality issues. As part of our negotiated solution, we issued a full refund, and we did not require you to return the product. However, after receiving the refund, you requested additional compensation of $3,000, despite your original order totaling $1,000. We consider this request unjustified, and it is concerning that negative reviews were posted after receiving the refund. We have acted in good faith throughout this process and are committed to resolving issues through constructive negotiation, not disputes or additional claims. If you have any factual losses or further information to provide, please share them so we can address them appropriately. We hope to resolve this matter fairly and professionally and ask that further correspondence remain focused on facts and resolution. Best regards, Miya Vakkerlight Team
